NewTech Prospector
Live in production
An iPhone-first field CRM for a utility-rebate sales team. Reps browse a territory of multifamily properties, log visits and calls against the right customer, request formal quotes, and work a daily task list. Managers dispatch work to reps and track what they've sent out.
The hard part isn't the interface — it's that a master pipeline spreadsheet and a live field database both need to be right. A weekly sync reconciles the two without ever dropping a row or overwriting what a rep changed in the field.
Free Wi-Fi Thermostat Program
Case study
A program microsite for a licensed electrical contractor enrolling multifamily properties in a utility-funded thermostat upgrade. The job was to make a rebate program legible to a property manager in about ninety seconds, then get them to book a walkthrough.
Built around a single conversion path: every call to action opens the same three-step qualification form. Eligibility, process, and warranty terms are answered on the page so the first phone call is a scheduling call, not an explaining call.
Practice & Performance Book
Live
A living reference for a working repertoire. Every song gets its own page — tuning, key, tempo, chord shapes, the fingerpicking pattern laid out beat by beat, a song map, lyrics that auto-scroll against the recording, performance notes, and the story behind the session. The catalog tracks each arrangement through Learning, Know It, and Performance Ready.
Built for my own practice, which is why it's here: it's the clearest example of designing a dense reference that stays readable under pressure. Practice logs and annotations persist in the browser — no accounts, no backend, no database to go stale.
